- 2 Tbsp. Tender Quick (Morton)
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. coarse grind black pepper
Directions

1Mix ingredients well together.

2Divide in half and roll into logs.

3Wrap in wax paper or Saran Wrap.

4Refrigerate 24 hours. Cook on a rack over a pan of water for 3 hours at 250°.

5Cool, slice thinly and serve as sandwich meat, appetizer, etc.
