- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 slices bread
- 1 small can evaporated milk (add a little at a time)
- A.1. steak sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 can Franco-American brown gravy
- 1 bouillon cube
Directions

1Mix the first 6 ingredients.

2Make into patties.

3Place in skillet and brown on each side.

4Take out and drain.

5Place patties back in skillet.

6Add bouillon cube in 1 cup hot water; let dissolve.

7Add gravy and bouillon to patties in skillet.

8Let liquid in skillet get hot, then turn to simmer for 15 minutes.
