- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup, divided
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Directions

1Mix 1/4 cup soup with meat.

2Add crumbs, egg and onion.

3Shape into 6 patties.

4Brown patties.

5Remove patties from pan; pour off grease.

6Stir into pan remaining soup and mushrooms.

7Pour over meat in baking dish.

8Bake at 350°, covered, for about 35 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
