Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 12 cup milk (or SILK)
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion (i add more)
  • 12 cup fresh breadcrumb
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 pinch allspice
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 -2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch, in
  • 14 cup cold water

Directions

    Mix egg, milk and all and add to ground beef.

    Mix gently.

    Brown quickly in oil in heated medium-sized skillet.

    Mix ingredients for gravy until blended.

    Pour over meat and simmer on low for 30 minutes.

    Serve with rice or noodles or bread.
