- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 to 2 cans brown gravy
Directions

1Combine first six ingredients.

2Add beef and mix well.

3Shape into patties.

4Broil 3-inches from heat for 6 minutes.

5Turn and broil 4 minutes longer.

6Pour gravy over top of patties.
