  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 to 2 cans brown gravy

Directions

    Combine first six ingredients.

    Add beef and mix well.

    Shape into patties.

    Broil 3-inches from heat for 6 minutes.

    Turn and broil 4 minutes longer.

    Pour gravy over top of patties.

    Warm and serve.
