- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 bouillon cubes (beef)
- dash of celery salt
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup plus 1 soup can milk
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large egg, beaten or 2 small eggs
Directions

1Dissolve bouillon cubes in the 1/2 cup hot water.

2Mix with meat, crumbs, seasoning and egg.

3Shape in 8 flat patties.

4Beat milk and soup together and set aside.

5Bake in preheated 350° oven until lightly browned (about 15 minutes).

6Cover with soup and milk mixture.
