  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2 bouillon cubes (beef)
  • dash of celery salt
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup plus 1 soup can milk
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large egg, beaten or 2 small eggs

Directions

    Dissolve bouillon cubes in the 1/2 cup hot water.

    Mix with meat, crumbs, seasoning and egg.

    Shape in 8 flat patties.

    Beat milk and soup together and set aside.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven until lightly browned (about 15 minutes).

    Cover with soup and milk mixture.
