- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 8 maraschino cherries
- 1 2/3 c. hot water
- 1 can sliced peaches
- 1 c. nonfat sour cream
Directions

1Add hot water to Jell-O.

2Drain peaches and pineapple using juice to measure 1 1/2 cups liquid.

3Use cold water to complete amount.

4Let mixture stand until fully cooled.

5Add sour cream and beat with eggbeater.

6Add fruit. Pour into mold and put in refrigerator to set.

7Garnish with chicory and sliced crabapples.
