Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
- 4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- chopped green onions
- chopped green peppers
- dash of salt
- crackers
Directions

1Drain salmon and remove bones.

2Combine salmon with cream cheese, mashing together with fork until blended.

3Stir in lemon juice, onion, salt, pepper and liquid smoke.

4Mix well.

5Add pecans and 1 tablespoon parsley until well combined.

6Transfer to serving dish.

7Chill.

8Sprinkle with parsley, green onions and green peppers.

9Serve with crackers of your choice.

10Makes about 1 1/2 cups spread.
