- 1 (16 oz.) can Alaskan red sockeye salmon, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 c. chopped or dried parsley
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Blend all ingredients but parsley and nuts.

2Wrap in waxed paper to form ball.

3(It will be quite soft.) Refrigerate overnight.

4Remove and roll in parsley and nuts.

5Refrigerate until ready to use.
