Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can Alaskan red sockeye salmon, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 c. chopped or dried parsley
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Blend all ingredients but parsley and nuts.

    Wrap in waxed paper to form ball.

    (It will be quite soft.) Refrigerate overnight.

    Remove and roll in parsley and nuts.
  5. 5
    Refrigerate until ready to use.
