- 1 can (1-lb.) sockeye salmon, boned, skinned, flaked, and drained
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. white horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Mix all but the parsley and pecans (use beaters or hand--DO NOT use food processor).

2Chill for several hours.

3Roll into ball shape.

4MIx parsley with the pecans and roll the salmon ball mixture in them until coated.

5Return to refrigerator.

6Serve with crackers.
