- 1 (15 oz.) can salmon
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. baking powder (heaping)
- 1/2 c. flour
- pepper
- onion flakes
- parsley
Directions

1Pour salmon juice into measuring cup and set aside.

2Put salmon in bowl and add egg.

3Mix with fork.

4When gummy, add flour.

5Stir with fork.

6Do not add salt.

7To 1/4 cup of salmon juice, add baking powder.

8Beat with fork.

9Pour into the salmon. Add onion, parsley flakes and pepper when adding juice to salmon. Fry in small balls in deep fat.
