- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) canalaskan salmon, drained and flaked
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 12 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 34 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
Directions

1To flaked salmon, add egg whites, parsley, the zest and juice of 1 lemon, garlic, bread crumbs and lots of black pepper and a little salt.

2Mix together and form 8 patties.

3Preheat 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium high heat.

4Cook salmon patties 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
