Salmon Cakes

- 1 tall can salmon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Drain salmon, remove skin and bones and break into small pieces with a fork.

2Add beaten egg and other ingredients and mix well.

3Dip with tablespoon to form flat cakes in a pan in which a sufficient amount of fat has been heated to brown them nicely. Turn with pancake turner to brown both sides, being careful not to burn.
