  • 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic (if desired)
  • 1 pkg. refrigerated butterflake dinner biscuits

Directions

    Flake salmon and combine with cheese, mayonnaise, green onion, parsley and garlic powder.

    Separate rolls in thin rounds and place on cookie sheet.

    Top with salmon mixture.

    Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.

    Serve hot.
