- 1 c. elbow macaroni
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, drained and chopped
- 1 large can pink salmon
- 1 c. grated American cheese
- 2 c. slices bread, crumbled
Directions

1Cook macaroni in 6 cups of boiling water (salted) for 12 minutes; drain, but do not rinse.

2While macaroni is cooking, combine mushroom soup, evaporated milk and pimentos.

3Add liquid from salmon, the salmon flaked in large chunks and 1/2 the grated cheese.

4Mix well.

5Heat on low heat.

6Stir in macaroni.

7Pour into oiled 6-cup baking dish.

8Combine remaining cheese and crumbs; sprinkle over salmon and macaroni mixture.

9Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
