- 1 can salmon, drained and skinned
- 5 slices bacon, fried
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 c. diced potato
- 10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 13 oz. evaporated milk
- 8 oz. creamed corn
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. dill
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Saute bacon, onion and pepper.

2Add potatoes, vegetables, water and bouillon.

3Simmer 10 to 12 minutes.

4Add salmon, milk, corn and seasonings.

5Heat thoroughly.
