  • 1 can salmon, drained and skinned
  • 5 slices bacon, fried
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 c. diced potato
  • 10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 13 oz. evaporated milk
  • 8 oz. creamed corn
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dill
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley

    Saute bacon, onion and pepper.

    Add potatoes, vegetables, water and bouillon.

    Simmer 10 to 12 minutes.

    Add salmon, milk, corn and seasonings.
