Ingredients

  • 1 c. light cream
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/4 c. canned salmon, flaked
  • 4 slices buttered toast or patty shells

Directions

    Place top chafing pan in water jacket.

    When heated, put in cream, eggs, butter, cayenne and parsley.

    While it's steaming, add drained salmon.
  4. 4
    Heat through well.

    Do not let it boil. Serve on toast or patties.

    A dash of sherry is optional.

    Serves 4.
