  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
  • 2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped

  • 1 (7 3/4 ounce) can salmon, drained
  • salt and pepper
