- 4 salmon fillets, 300g each
- 200 g freshly chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon ground garlic
- 1 large onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions

1Pre-heat the Grill.

2Wash the Salmon Fillet.

3In the dish put together the:chopped Tomatoes,Ginger,Garlic,Onion,Salt and olive oil, then mix together.

4Coat each Salmon Fillet with the mixed ingredients and wrap separately in Aluminium Foil.

5Grill for 15 minutes.

6Serve with Plain boiled Rice.
