  • 1 1/2 lbs. (700 gr.) fresh mushrooms, minced medium-fine
  • 4 large cloves garlic, minced fine
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 lbs. (1 kg.) fresh salmon fillet
  • 2 tbsp. fresh Italian parsley, minced
