- 1 (15 oz.) can salmon, boned
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. hot milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Directions

1Debone the salmon.

2Flake salmon and add remaining ingredients in order given above.

3Mix lightly.

4Shape into loaf and bake in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until loaf is browned.
