  • 1 (15 oz.) can salmon, boned
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. hot milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, well beaten

Directions

    Debone the salmon.

    Flake salmon and add remaining ingredients in order given above.

    Mix lightly.

    Shape into loaf and bake in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until loaf is browned.
