Salmon Loaf

  • 1 (1 lb.) can red salmon
  • milk, added to salmon liquid to make 1 c.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • 2 c. cooked fine noodles

Directions

    Drain the salmon, reserving the liquid.

    Add milk to the liquid to make 1 cup.

    Beat eggs and add to the liquid.

    Flake the salmon.

    Add the other ingredients; mix thoroughly.

    Line a greased loaf pan with aluminum foil.

    Turn in salmon mixture and bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.

    Turn out onto platter.

    Garnish with stuffed tomatoes and serve hot.
