- 1 (1 lb.) can red salmon
- milk, added to salmon liquid to make 1 c.
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 2 c. cooked fine noodles
Directions

1Drain the salmon, reserving the liquid.

2Add milk to the liquid to make 1 cup.

3Beat eggs and add to the liquid.

4Flake the salmon.

5Add the other ingredients; mix thoroughly.

6Line a greased loaf pan with aluminum foil.

7Turn in salmon mixture and bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.

8Turn out onto platter.

9Garnish with stuffed tomatoes and serve hot.
