Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. finely chopped onions
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
- dash ground pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan. Drain salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid; flake into small pieces.

3In medium sized bowl, combine salmon and all ingredients. Place in prepared loaf pan or shape into loaf on greased baking sheet.

4Bake 45 minutes or until firm.

5(Salmon patties).

6Prepare salmon mixture as stated.

7Shape into eight 1 inch thick patties. In large skillet over medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons butter or oil.

8Pan-fry patties on both sides until golden brown.
