- 6 egg yolks
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 c. whipping cream
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until very thick.

2Gradually add 1/3 cup sugar. Scald whipping cream in top of double boiler over direct heat. Pour scalded cream gradually into egg mixture.

3Return to double boiler and cook over hot water, stirring frequently until thickened, 5 minutes.

4Pour into heatproof dish.

5Cool.

6Sprinkle top with brown sugar.

7Place under broiler until sugar melts and forms a glaze.

8Chill.

9Serve with fresh berries.
