- 2 c. salmon (1 lb. can)
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 4 tsp. melted butter
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. minced dry onion flakes
Directions

1Save salmon juice.

2Add enough milk to make 3/4 cup liquid. Add 2 to 3 drops vinegar.

3Mix all together.

4Grease a loaf pan or dish.

5Pat salmon in.

6Place baking dish in another pan of water and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
