  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 16 sq. crushed saltines
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo (optional) for flavoring
