- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
- 4 Tbsp. oleo
- 4 c. cooked noodles
- 2 cans salmon, drained
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Saute onions and peppers in oleo until soft.

2Cook noodles and drain.

3Combine noodles, salmon, soup, peppers and onions.

4Pour into well-greased pan.

5Bake 30 minutes at 400°.
