- 4 or 5 green onions
- 1 egg, scrambled
- 1/2 c. blanched almond slivers
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. peanut oil
- soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 pat butter
Directions

1Cut ham into strips; cook in peanut oil.

2Drain and set aside. Melt butter in pan and brown the almonds.

3Be careful.

4Quit when they are just getting brown.
