- 1 lb. can salmon
- 1 c. hot milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
Directions

1Soak bread crumbs in hot milk.

2Combine ingredients, folding in egg whites last.

3Place in a loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serve with creamed peas over the sliced salmon.
