  • 1 lb. can salmon
  • 1 c. hot milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten

Directions

    Soak bread crumbs in hot milk.

    Combine ingredients, folding in egg whites last.

    Place in a loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serve with creamed peas over the sliced salmon.
