  • 1 can red salmon
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped fine
  • bread crumbs (to make hold shape)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Remove bones and skin from salmon.

    Flake well.

    Add green pepper, onion and egg; mix well.

    Add bread crumbs.

    Form into loaf.

    Bake in greased loaf pan in preheated oven at 325° for 45 minutes.
