- 1 can red salmon
- 1 small green pepper, chopped fine
- bread crumbs (to make hold shape)
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 egg
Directions

1Remove bones and skin from salmon.

2Flake well.

3Add green pepper, onion and egg; mix well.

4Add bread crumbs.

5Form into loaf.

6Bake in greased loaf pan in preheated oven at 325° for 45 minutes.

7Serves 4 to 6.
