- 2 c. canned salmon
- 1 egg, beaten
- salmon liquid plus milk to equal 3/4 c.
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. chopped onion (optional)
- salt and pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) undiluted can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Combine salmon and egg.

2Stir in remaining ingredients.

3Mix well.

4Put in loaf pan.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6To make full loaf pan, double recipe.
