  • 2 c. canned salmon
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • salmon liquid plus milk to equal 3/4 c.
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. chopped onion (optional)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) undiluted can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Combine salmon and egg.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Put in loaf pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    To make full loaf pan, double recipe.
