- 2 c. flaked, cooked or canned salmon
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- salt, pepper and Worcestershire to taste
- chopped onion, green pepper or celery, if convenient
Directions

1Mix together and put in a buttered baking dish.

2Set in pan of hot water, 1-inch deep.

3Bake at 350° until firm (about 30 minutes).

4Serve hot with Mustard Sauce or cold with Cucumber Sauce.
