  • 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon
  • 1 large can (approximately 14 oz.) tomatoes, drained
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 soda crackers, crushed

Directions

    Pour can of salmon into lightly greased baking dish.

    Add tomatoes (drained), eggs and soda crackers (crushed).

    Add black pepper.

    Stir with a fork.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 300° and cook 45 minutes to one hour.
