- 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon
- 1 large can (approximately 14 oz.) tomatoes, drained
- black pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 12 soda crackers, crushed
Directions

1Pour can of salmon into lightly greased baking dish.

2Add tomatoes (drained), eggs and soda crackers (crushed).

3Add black pepper.

4Stir with a fork.

5Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

6Reduce heat to 300° and cook 45 minutes to one hour.
