Ingredients
- 1 can salmon
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. cheese crackers
- 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1 large egg, uncooked
- 1/4 fresh lemon
- 1/2 c. 2% milk
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 tsp. parsley (fresh or dried)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- all liquid from salmon
Directions

1Preheat oven while combining the ingredients.

2Drain salmon, save liquid.

3Remove any large bones.

4Squeeze juice of lemon. Chop onion in small pieces.

5Combine salmon and bread crumbs. Crumble cheese crackers.

6Add all remaining ingredients in medium bowl.

7Mix well with fork until blended thoroughly.
