- 2 large cans salmon
- 1 1/2 cans grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Drain and remove bones from salmon.

2Place in large mixing bowl.

3Add grated cheese, egg, salt, pepper and flour; mix well. Place in baking dish and bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
