Ingredients

  • 2 large cans salmon
  • 1 1/2 cans grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Drain and remove bones from salmon.

    Place in large mixing bowl.

    Add grated cheese, egg, salt, pepper and flour; mix well. Place in baking dish and bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
