- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter or oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 can cream of celery soup
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 large can salmon
- 1 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Cook onion and celery in butter until soft.

2Beat eggs.

3Add all ingredients, including juice from can of salmon.

4Bake in a glass loaf pan at 350° for about 55 minutes.
