  • 1 lb. can salmon (reserve 1/3 c. salmon liquid)
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. onions, chopped (optional)
