- 1 large can salmon, drained
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs or crackers
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. oleo, melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. milk (more if needed)
- 1 slightly beaten egg
Directions

1Flake salmon, discarding bones.

2In bowl, combine salmon, crumbs, onion, salt and pepper.

3Mix well.

4Combine milk and egg. Add to salmon mixture and mix well.

5Shape into loaf pan and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
