- 1 can Red Sockeye Salmon
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 C. bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste ( 1 tsp.)
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1 T. lemon juice
- potato chips
Directions

1Wash hands and crumble salmon. Take out any large bones. Put into bowl with soup, bread crumbs salt, pepper, egg and onion. Fold together. In small dish mix mayonnaise and lemon juice. Combine with salmon mixture and place in a greased loaf pan. Crumble potato chips on top.

2Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
