- 1 (16 ounce) can salmon (Red or Pink..your choice)
- 12 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley, fresh chopped (optional)
- 12 cup hot milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Add the butter to the milk & heat, but do NOT boil.

3Mix all ingredients together EXCEPT the egg WHITES.

4Beat the egg whites until stiff & gently fold into Salmon mixture.

5Put into a buttered loaf pan or casserole dish.

6Bake, uncovered for 1 hour.
