  • 1/3 can canned milk
  • 2 c. or 1 lb. can salmon
  • 3 Tbsp. liquid from fish
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Blend all ingredients and place in a greased and floured 4-cup pan.

    Bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes or until brown on top. Loosen sides with a knife and let stand 5 minutes before turning out of pan.
