- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
- 2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/3 c. celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1/8 oz. pkg. Hollandaise sauce mix
Directions

1Put salmon with liquid into a bowl.

2Remove bones and flake salmon.

3Combine milk and bread crumbs.

4Add to salmon and mix gently with fork.

5Add egg, salt, poultry seasoning, celery, green pepper, lemon juice and onion.

6Mix.

7Turn mixture into well-greased 1-quart ring mold.

8Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until firm.
