- 14 oz. salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of Worcestershire
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 2 to 2 1/2 Tbsp. dried onion
- 1 1/2 c. walnuts
- chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. salt (if desired)
Directions

1Mix all except walnuts and parsley.

2Refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll mixture in walnuts and parsley; shape as desired.
