- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1Drain and flake salmon, mix other ingredients in and chill a few minutes in refrigerator.

2Shape in rolls and roll them in pecans and parsley flakes.

3Chill in refrigerator.
