Ingredients

  • 1 lb. can salmon
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Directions

    Drain and flake salmon, mix other ingredients in and chill a few minutes in refrigerator.

    Shape in rolls and roll them in pecans and parsley flakes.

    Chill in refrigerator.

    Slice and eat on crackers.
