Ingredients

  • Log:
  • 8 ounces flaked Salmon (baked or canned)
  • 2 tsp onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Covering:
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 3 Tbsp parsley flakes

Directions

    Combine and form into a log or a ball. Chill.

    Once chilled, roll log or ball on mix of nuts and flakes.

    Serve with crackers.
