  • 1 can red salmon, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 oz. chopped pecans (for garnish)
  • 2 oz. dried parsley (for garnish)

Directions

    Mix together and chill 3 to 4 hours before rolling.

    Roll into a log on Saran Wrap in pecan, parsley flake mixture.

    Refrigerate overnight and serve with crackers.
