Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 pkg. plain gelatin
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1/4 c. onion, minced
  • 3/4 c. celery, minced
  • 12 oz. salmon (canned or fresh poached), finely chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • dill

Directions

    Warm cheese and soup in saucepan until well blended.

    Dissolve gelatin in water.

    Add gelatin, softened, to tomato/cheese mix. Remove pan from heat.

    Add all other ingredients and mix gently. Pour into mold.

    Chill until firm, at least 4 hours.
