- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 pkg. plain gelatin
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
- 3/4 c. celery, minced
- 12 oz. salmon (canned or fresh poached), finely chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt to taste
- dill
Directions

1Warm cheese and soup in saucepan until well blended.

2Dissolve gelatin in water.

3Add gelatin, softened, to tomato/cheese mix. Remove pan from heat.

4Add all other ingredients and mix gently. Pour into mold.

5Chill until firm, at least 4 hours.
