- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 (1 lb) cans salmon, drained
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
- 2 cups heavy cream
- lemon wedge
- dill sprigs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 12 cups sour cream
Directions

1Place gelatin in lemon juice to soften.

2Add boiling water.

3Stir until dissolved.

4Scrape into blender.

5Add onion, blending for 20 seconds at high speed, then add mayonnaise, salmon, paprika and dill until smooth.

6Pour into chilled 8 cup mold.

7Chill 4 hours covered.

8Garnish before serving with lemon wedges and dill sprigs.
