Salmon Noodle Ring

- 2 c. cooked, seasoned noodles
- 2 c. flaked salmon
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Combine butter, flour and milk.

2Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.

3Add salmon.

4Season to taste.

5Fill well-oiled ring mold with alternate layers of creamed salmon and noodles.

6Sprinkle each layer with crumbs.

7Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes.

8Unmold.

9Fill center with buttered canned peas and carrots.

10Garnish with slices of hard-cooked eggs.
