- 1 can salmon, skinned and deboned
- 3 finely sliced green onions
- 3/4 c. self-rising flour
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. corn meal
Directions

1In mixing bowl, combine salmon with broth, eggs, corn meal and flour.

2Mix thoroughly and add additional flour and meal if too moist.

3Add onions; stir thoroughly and heat oil in skillet.

4Pat salmon out into desired size patties and place in skillet.

5Cook on medium-high heat for about 3 minutes; turn over and cook other side for 3 minutes.

6Continue cooking and turning patties until golden brown.

7Place paper towels on plate.

8Place patties on plate and serve.
